Mr. Romeo Batestil Jr. (Area Trade Marketing Head for Mindanao, Monde Nissin Corporation) spoke about managing through the COVID-19 pandemic, the key traits leaders need during crisis, and what companies today look for in new talents.  Mr. Jessil Bual Lomotos (Territory Sales Manager โ€“ Davao Central, International Pharmaceuticals, Inc.) discussed his growth within IPI, highlighting what helped him step into leadership and how his Management background shaped his journey.

The event was made possible through the guidance of Asst. Prof. Roxanne Aguinaldo and Assoc. Prof. Glory Dee Romo, PhD. More than just a requirement, the forum gave students valuable lessons from real leaders and helped them prepare to lead in the future.

Congratulations to all the student organizers, contestants, and guests who made House of Strategy: Leadership Under Pressure a meaningful and successful event!
