The ABE 199 and MGT 101 class, under the guidance of Asst. Prof. Imee Marie A. Acopiado, organized a forum entitled Disruptions & Disruptors: The Manager’s Playbok on November 20, 2024, at Lorenzo Hall, UP Mindanao. This event brought together students, professionals, and entrepreneurs for an engaging afternoon that featured discussions, including Dr. Rosame Rentuma’s session on thriving in a VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous) world, Mr. Elvin Dayanghirang’s tips on making smart financial moves for businesses, and Ms. Marianne Coleen Yuson’s strategies for effective remote leadership. The Open Forum Discussion provided an interactive space for attendees to engage directly with the speakers, exchanging ideas and tackling leadership, innovation, and adaptability challenges.
