Office Mandate

The Office of the College Secretary (OCS) takes charge of students’ academic records and activities, specifically those pertaining to admission, registration/enrollment, graduation and other curricular matters.

The OCS is the official repository of records pertaining to curricula, registration data and other academic information of the college.

Functions of the OCS

The OCS is responsible for the admission and implementation of admission requirements, enrollment, preparation of the college calendar and schedule of classes; custody and evaluation of student records; and updating of information related to the requirements of candidates for graduation and seeing that such requirements are fulfilled.
